This document defines rules for the use of VPN Kit (referred to as the Application, our, us, and we). By downloading and installing the Application to your device, you automatically agree to these Terms of use. The violation of any point of these Terms can lead to the block of the user’s account without explanation and prior notice.
Usage Policy
All the users of the Application are following the same rules described in this document and, therefore, all the users are self-responsible for the next actions:
You’re not allowed to upload and share content that is prohibited by law;
You’re not allowed to harm, offense or discriminate (based on gender, religion, sexual inclination, race, age, ethnicity, nation, and disability) other people while using VPN Kit;
No one is allowed to copy, share, use, or access the source code of our Application without prior official permission from the owner of VPN Kit;
The organization or participation in illegal activities is strictly prohibited as well;
You’re not allowed to violate the intellectual property rights of others while using VPN Kit.
Such as IP address, device model, operating system version, etc. We do not need this data as well.
Limited Warranties and Liability
VPN Kit does not ensure the reliability of the system, and you agree that our services are offered as is. From this follows that you agree not to file any claims against our company for any damages that may result from loss of use, data, or profits associated with the operation of the system.
VPN Kit is not responsible for the sites and applications that you visit or for your purchases while using the Application. VPN Kit strives to make its services available at any time. However, there are obstacles, e.g. the quality of connection or VPN services that can vary. We are not responsible for any data accidentally deleted, not delivered, or redirected incorrectly due to the issues with network or problems with the Application. VPN Kit can limit the performance capabilities of the Application at its sole discretion.
VPN Kit has the right to apply amendments to the Application without the notice of users. If you continue using the Application after its update, you automatically agree to new terms of use and are obliged to follow them. We may also suspend operations and services without prior notice.
